Supply Chain Controlling (Finance)

We are looking for a motivated Internship, Supply Chain Controlling to support the Finance team in analysing and monitoring key supply chain costs. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis and reporting related to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Factory Overhead (FOH), and logistics costs, while also supporting CAPEX documentation, fixed asset management, as well as budgeting and audit-related activities

What you’ll be doing

• Support monthly financial analysis and reporting for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Factory Overhead (FOH), and logistics costs.
• Assist in CAPEX documentation to ensure completeness of supporting records.
• Support fixed asset management to ensure proper registration and maintenance of company assets.
• Assist in quarterly and annual budgeting processes as well as audit-related activities. 

Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics or any other similar qualification.

      Packaging Operations

    Finance (Tax)

     We are looking for an Internship Finanace (Tax) to support tax compliance and operational activities. you will gain hands-on experience in stamp duty processing, payment coordination, and financial documentation while working closely with internal stakeholders. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn with strong analytical and communication skills, we welcome you to apply.

What you’ll be doing:

•       Support end-to-end stamp duty processing for contracts and agreements, including data entry into relevant system/ IRB portal. 

•       Monitor submission status and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely processing and payment approvals. 

•       Raise Payment Request Form (PRF) for stamp duty payments and support related payments process. 

•       Maintain and organize all relevant documents (e.g. submission, approvals, stamping certificates) in a structured and compliant manner. 

•       Ensure proper record-keeping and filing of all stamp duty documentation. 

•       Assists in calculating withholding tax and reconciling expenses.

• Extracts general ledger data and perform expense analysis for tax computation and returns.

•       Assists in analyzing financial data for the preparation of the services tax return.

•       Assists in compiling and prepare the sales tax exemption report for the tax authority. 

•       Performs any other assigned tasks.

Finance (Treasury)

We are looking for an Intern, Finance (Treasury) to support treasury and banking operations. You will gain hands-on experience in general ledger clearing, journal entry postings, and monthly bank reconciliations, while assisting with internal control processes and audit-related activities. You will also support year-end audit requirements, including bank confirmations and documentation handling, working closely with internal stakeholders. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn with strong analytical and communication skills, we welcome you to apply.

• Supporting bank general ledger (G/L) clearing activities.
• Assisting in posting bank-related journal entries.
• Providing support for Control Framework Over Financial Reporting (CFFR) submissions.
• Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations.

•  Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns based on approved brand plans

• Monitor and follow up on vendor payments and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to brand activation activities and on-ground execution
