Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
Provide consultative support to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership to support decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements based on data insights.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team to develop employer branding content and campaigns.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and university engagements.
- Manage the company’s careers page and social media presence related to hiring.
Technology & Tools Optimization
- Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
- Stay updated on recruitment tech trends and recommend tools to enhance efficiency.
- Train hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues on recruitment systems and processes.
Early Careers & Talent Programs
- Design and manage graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programs.
- Build relationships with academic institutions and student organizations.
- Monitor program effectiveness and ensure alignment with talent pipeline goals.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in HR field, experience in the area of Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Passionate, resilient and has a positive mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English Language.
