Senior Executive/Executive, Talent Acquisition

Focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a strong candidate experience, and supporting talent acquisition initiatives. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, data-driven recruitment, employer branding, technology optimization, early career programs, and compliance.

Responsibilities: 

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
    Provide consultative support to stakeholders 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership to support decision-making.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements based on data insights.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team to develop employer branding content and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and university engagements.
  • Manage the company’s careers page and social media presence related to hiring.

Technology & Tools Optimization

  • Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
  • Stay updated on recruitment tech trends and recommend tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Train hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues on recruitment systems and processes.

Early Careers & Talent Programs

  • Design and manage graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programs.
  • Build relationships with academic institutions and student organizations.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and ensure alignment with talent pipeline goals.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in HR field, experience in the area of Talent Acquisition is an advantage.  
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Passionate, resilient and has a positive mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English Language.

Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 5pm
Friday 8:15am - 4pm
